I've been running back and forth between the witchspace beacon and the nav beacon in the Edorqu system looking for the pirates in the black ships with the red hourglass symbol.
Could they be in a system other than Edorqu? Should I be checking out nearby systems?

You probably found out by now. There are 7 other systems in the area with similar messages. Just look around, it's not at Edorqu.

Thank you for the reply, Eric. I'm afraid I lost patience with the search for the pirates - I'm in Galaxy 5 now...
