Yeah, the Mac is more civilized, but if you're using OSX, especially 10.4, then 128MB isn't a lot. It isn't as greedy as XP, but you will be better off with 512MB if you want to run Oolite with so many oxps at once!
That said, the big issue would seem to be that line near the end mentioning 'selector not recognized' - that would seem to indicate that one of the oxp's is causing the problem...
