Noticed a small bug in the OXP. I was in Galaxy 7, when I encountered one of your liners (a long way from home!). I haven't looked at your OXP code, but if you gave them the same role as Murg's liners, it probabley popped up when Murg's OXP called for a liner to be added. Had the same problem with my OXP and in the end had to resort to giving ships roles like "xyzstation" to stop this!

I just destroyed the monitoring station. Ooops. It didn't have ECM or canons working, or ships defending it, and I finished it off with a mine.

Well spotted. I'll have to have a look at the code and make it specific.
Could be a long haul tour I suppose, pick up points in every galaxy with a regular schedule

If you wanna use my MineSweeper satilates from Assassins.oxp to defend your base, your more than welcome. Add a few near it and they destroy q-mines with an EMP pulse before they can detonate. It is possible to destroy a Station in Oolite with a Q-mine, if there are enough ships nearby so that the station is hit with lots of overlaping blasts at the same time. These devices help prevent this, but they can by circumvented!

Problem with docking at "Tianve Pulsar Monitoring Stati

When try to dock with the station, the ship just flies right through the docking lights and comes back out the other side - I suppose that`s not what is supposed to happen?
Is it possible to dock with this station? Or is this some known oolite bug? The same thing happened once with a high-tech commie station. Is there a solution if it`s a bug?
I did travel through the whole sector one to see the Tianve Pulsar, by the way - great athmospheric add-on!

Don't know about that one. It works for me on the machines I've tested on. Which version of oolite are you using?

1.65! And its definitely not working ...

Very much so! I wished there were more atmospheric mods like that - there would be no reason for the background not to have nebulae visible in all systems, for example ...
Still, the "fly-through" station remains, sadly ...

Sounds strange. Commies was tested on 1.65 and the release versions should have no fly through problems. Which ship are you in? (I ask out of curiosity, since I've got no idea how to help fix your problem atm, but perhaps it's mainly a problem with the longer ships
).
