On the escort side of things (will add to suggestion box when have thought out a bit more):

You could have in the menu for passengers, etc - people offering their services as escorts. This would make having bigger ships safer and more realistic.
The act of talking b*ll*cks whilst waving one's arms about wildly is referred to as testiculation.
