You don't find ads annoying enough in their present state. No, animated gifs won't work. Animations are possible to some extent as can be seen on constores, but they require too much work to my taste.

Suggestion: have some of them with only one or two crimes, perhaps add sedition.

I'll add Sedition to the list.
And my thinking on this was the worst of the worst Wanted Posters, but will add a few in to mix it up.
