Thanks guys Finally decided I didn't really know what to do with them otherwise as I'm much more into coming up with ideas than making them, so if anyone wants use any of these go ahead, I'll help or perhaps try myself some point.
When I add new stuff I'm going to add it to the sections already posted, so I guess I'll bump the thread now and then when new stuff has been added, unless it's new enough for it's own.
I'm actually quite tempted to try and write some scenes or a short episode for the 'Check in or check-out' droids, I had a name and some ideas for them somewhere, I'll have to dig them out.
Wow, really great stuff ZygoUgo, lovely drawing & shading skills, i don't do a lot of advanced smiley work in my posts but i'm going to attempt what i hope is a 'green with envy face' -> because i wish i could draw like that too, so i hope that's green with envy and not a grinning whilst seasick face
I love the jester and those little alien guys - they would make fantastic decals!
Now that's an interesting thought.. given ZygoUgo's drawing skills, he could produce some amazing decals!
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied
I could certainly have a go at some decals of such things. Currently messing about with those thargoid ideas, might try and put them into one 'I was abducted by' image, maybe the galactic news could make a story of it
The Jester was intended to belong to the more surreal castles, he is an 'Eye-Pilot', a gunner trained to use the plasma cannons that look like eye balls, in peace time the Eye-Pilots must form their own acts to entertain the king when he comes to stay there, which is considered an honour.
I hope Ramirez doesnt mind me making this stuff up to fill things out a bit.
If eventually the amazing happened and I made some castles they were intended to be of several different styles and types of societies.
