I knew it could be used as a real weapon, you just have to send it near the other ship on a missile. :P
yeah, that'll give he crew a real headache.

A beer can fired from a railgun would do some real damage...

Does the Beer Cooler actually do anything special apart from being listed as in your equipment inventory. I brought one and that's it. It doesn't appear to be doing anything. It's not like it could really cool real beer for you while your playing.

Yeah, think of it as cannon fodder... much like the ship's cat (poor Lord Effingham)!

Did you find a new kitty-cat yet, Cody?

I'd like to have seen Lord Effingham's reaction to being called a 'kitty-cat' - extreme clawed violence comes to mind! He was a one-eyed, raggedy-eared old tom!
And no, I haven't replaced him yet - perhaps one will sneak aboard Mercurial Amethyst sometime soon.

Indeed you don't/can't 'replace' a cat. Each is an individual and is therefore irreplaceable. Normally after such a loss some time passes, then when you are ready and if you are fortunate you may be adopted by another.

A haughty Siamese, improbably named Empedocles, has snuck aboard Mercurial Amethyst with a cargo of Arzaquarian megaweed - he has a penchant for the stuff!
