Not that I know of. There are gameplay balance reasons why no core player ship has a rate over 4.5, but there's nothing preventing a higher rate (the Viper Interceptor has 6, for instance)Smivs wrote:It might be that there is a cap on base energy_recharge_rate.
Laser settings are all hard-coded (there are requests to make it less so, but not done yet), similarly player shield strength is always 128 (+128 for each shield booster fitted).
