You obviously know a lot more about it than I. I've heard of Lubuntu, but didn't understand exactly what it is. Not based on Gnome, huh? Interesting. What exactly is LXDE? I mean, compared to Gnome, or other Linux bases. I'm no expert, that's for darn sure. I just liked Ubuntu 10.10, because I used it to replace Windows 7, which I hate with a vengence, and fell in love with it. I like the whole way it works, making finding and installing software really easy. The main thing I have problems with, and am still struggling with it in Fuduntu, is connecting with other computers on a Windows network. It's strange, the first time I installed Ubuntu 10.10, it not only found the network immediately, but was able to detect the Windows XP desktop I have, and through that, the printer. My old Netgear Wireless router went south, so I got a new one that was suppose to be a whole lot better......only now I can't find the Windows computer anymore. It had no problem finding the router, and getting me on-line, but for some reason it lost the connection with the Windows desktop, and I have never been able to reconnect. I know it has something to do with setting up the laptop as a client computer, using Samba, but all my efforts checking Firewalls, and what all can be passed through the network between the computers connected to it have been in vane. I have four. Two Windows XP, one Ubuntu 10.10 32 bit, and one Fuduntu 2012 64 bit. I know some day I'll stumble on the right things to do, but right now I'm fumbling in the dark.

I discovered, while working on my Wiki page, that this oxp does NOT have an entry in shipyard.plist for the Ventura. why I did not catch this earlier is further proof of my incompetence. I have now uploaded the corrected version of this oxp, so the Ventura listing is now correct. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Really!!

I like it too, but didn't think many others did. It's kind of like flying a Mac truck through space, with the power to kill, but also sluggish enough to get killed. :D

Oh heck yes, that's a mean looking ship, it's a predator.
Menacing lines and aggressive hard angles.

It just looks hardcore to me, "this ship means business".

I get a "Oops — this shared file or folder link has been removed." message when I try to download the Battlebarge.

That's because (like an idiot) I Deleted it from Box. Now, why I did this is the real question. If I ever figure out the answer, I'll let you know. In any case, I think you will find it there now. To be sure, go to my Wiki page and get the link from there.

That works fine now, thank you Mandoman :)

And I say it again, it is a nice little fleet we have got there !

Edit: Another little "oops" I just found... (Sorry...) - On the Heavy haulers wiki page, all the individual download links point to their respective files except two: Terra & Troller point to the "Mandotech Heavy HaulersV1.1.zip" file.

Yeah, that's because the Terra & Troller don't have individual oxps. I have only been making individual pages for ships with there own oxp. Not sure if that's right, but it's correct directionaly speaking.

By the way: box has a recycling bin just like the one on your computer. Everything you delete is not actually deleted, but only moved into the recycling bin. You can click on its symbol (somewhere on the right side of your screen) and will find that your "deleted" files still live happily in there. From there it's just one click to restore a file to its original location, if you want. (Or to delete it permanently, which you'll have to do in the long run, because the files in the recycling bin use up your box space just like undeleted files.)

Corrected a string of Rear_View issues, that was viewing the AFT laser firing. Corrected version shows the FORWARD laser firing from the Rear_View, outside the ship position. The new link is in place, and can also be found on my Wiki page.

Slight change here. I redid the Genesis ship, so I have replaced the old one in this oxp with the newer GenesisV2.0. Check my Wiki for details.
