Well, this is odd - I feel completely goofy for not thinking about it before; a simple count, which would have revealed there were no more files that Oolite was seeing than was in the folder . Turns out, the file names were clipped and thus all appeared to be the same (perhaps because of the length of filenames themselves, and similarity to each other in the beginning of the filename (i.e., RB Lock*.oolite-save)). Anyway, this is solved. (Since it wasn't a priority, I hadn't been messing with it until today).
