If you do a crew OXP, don't forget the guy bemoaning ever thinking that it'd be nice to have an all-female crew...
You know those who, having been mugged and stabbed, fired, dog run over, house burned down, wife eloped with best friend, daughters becoming prostitutes and their countries invaded - still say that "all is well"?

That sounds like just the kind of thing I'd need if I ever got around to doing an APB-style OXP, as mentioned over here! I'd just need to add the rest of the petty violators to keep Officer Bob busy - litterbugs, honkers, speeders, etc.
