Because in this BB setup links are generally not underlined. :)

Also, there was no link. :D

I am short-sighted and been wearing specs for 35 years.

My graphics card just isn't up to the job for full shaders. Don't think my screen is either.
It is purely Oolite giving me trouble. I cheerfully edit images and work with small fonts (many people query why I have such small font sizes when working in docs and spreadsheets) and hence find the Oolite experience odd.

Unless, of course, it is me being unreasonable ... can anyone else see metal plates at > 1km or a Moray at > 10km?
Flying a Cobra Mk I Cobbie 3 with nothing but Explorers Club.OXP and a beam laser 4 proper lasers for company :D

It could very well be your monitor.

The best monitor I've found, for everything and especially oolite, isn't a monitor.
It's a high def flatscreen TV with a computer video input.
Running Oolite buttery smooth & rock stable w/ tons of eyecandy oxps on:
ASUS Prime X370-A
Ryzen 5 1500X
16GB DDR4 3200MHZ
128GB NVMe M.2 SSD (Boot drive)
1TB Hybrid HDD (For software and games)
EVGA GTX-1070 SC
1080P Samsung large screen monitor
