Just a tease....

Coming very soon, 5 more chapters of Mostly Deadly. Just needs a proof read.

So much for this being a short story. I've got at least 5 more in the pipe for it too.

Yeh, that's what happened with Lazarus - 20,000 words by the time I stopped!

All I'm going to say is oops.

5 chapters and 14,000 words so far.

It's got me writing again though. This board and all the quality writing here has just inspired me so much.
If I'm lucky I might even be able to finish my non oolite sci-fi book that I've been on and off writing for the last 10 years.

30k words done and 10 chapters.

This story is barreling towards the finale.

Needs a serious proof read and revise. Hopefully I'll get it finished by the end of the year so you guys have something else to read after Drew blows us all away with Finis.

Sometimes I feel a bit arrogant posting these things here so sorry if I come off that way.
I hope I can come close to the quality of the current writers on the board.

Just love to write.

Not updated for some time here due to RL commitments.

I'm back on track with this and will try and finish as soon as possible, just have to get the final act right.

Currently at 14 chapters, 43k words.

Good... there's been a serious lack of Oofic lately!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

You know, I've just realised something that was kind of getting in my way of writing what I wanted.

You don't always have to explain everything that's going on. Sometimes it's good to just have things happen and let the reader decided what is going on.
Something I'm really trying to get out of my head is the need to write every single moment of time that passes. It doesn't matter if I jump around a bit.

Must release my mind from the writing restrictions I have made for myself.
