Thank you. I was playing Elite on my AmstradCPC when i was a kid (a few millenia ago) and i bumped on oolite by accident a few months back. No need to say how much i was excited and impressed from the work that has been done. I would like to congratulate the

Well it's taken a while but I've finished a complete re-rest of this OXP against Oolite v1.77, addressing the major incompatibilities but also making some small but hopefully useful improvements along the way. Next up on the test schedule is
Iron Raven; I may be some time...

Hello Ramirez, some minor issues with your great OXP to fix perhaps?
I have had the same problem as StathisR "I think i have found a typo that prevented me from continuing the mission. After i killed Bodarenko and was heading to Raceedat the mission variable changed to BODARENKOEDEBRIEFA instead of BODARENKODEBRIEFA. So i could not make the debriefing in Raceedat. The typo is in the main script."
I needed to alter the BODARENKOEDEBRIEFA to BODARENKODEBRIEFA in the save file to continue (end?) the mission and get the cash.
I am using Trident Down version 2.5 and 1.77 of Oolite.
When helping the Commies I had a separate problem. I traveled to the casino at Ergeso and Jenssen didn't appear. I didn't have the Marrett Space Corporation add-on, but since installed it and still no Jenssen. I left the system and returned and still no Jenssen.
I have the Long Range Scanner installed, and checking the system contents reveals that Jenssen was not in the system. I then went back to an earlier save game and helped the ATU.

Firstly, thanks for a great OXP. I was an old Elitist from the BBC days (actually did work for Acronsfot on contract for a while
) and was playing Christian Pinder's version of Elite for a while - spotted oolite when it first came out but never got "hooked" as it was the early days then forgot about it until I recently stumbled around here and am hooked again. i have Trident Down 2.5 on Oolite 1.77 and have a buglet or a problem.
I am at Raceedat and the F5-F5 screen is saying "follow up the lead on Yuri Batkov and the Agricultural Engineering Enterprise on Raceedat". I have docked at the Coriolis station and on on the part where I launch and join Captain Suslov (IIRC) to the Transit station. I dock there and launch following the mision screen and shoot down Yuri and his escorts and pick up 4 cargo containers (one of which contains 1kg gold) but when I redock at the transit station (as instructed) nothing happens . . . nada . . .
any possible reason for this?

Scratch that . . . but the instructions from Suslov after scooping the cargo canisters should be to dock with the Coriolis station - not the transit station

Sorry for the delay in response. I've tried this bit on my setup and haven't been able to replicate the error. Jenssen should be hovering near the casino and will broadcast a message when you get near. There's a small chance he's collided with something else but I haven't seen that in the past.
Can you post the trident_down entries of your savegame and I'll check to see if something's broken. Have you managed to find the other two agents OK?

Sorry Ramirez, I was overseas for 6 weeks and had a break from Oolite.
I did manage to find the other two agents. Here are some lines from my save game. Please let me know if you need more or I can PM my save file to you.

I've found the problem - it was down to some rather inaccurate coordinates - and I've got a fix that I'll release shortly. Glad you were able to try out one of the other paths though!
EDIT - I've included the fix in a v2.5.2 available from the link in my sig.

Thanks Ramirez. I installed the latest version and Lars Jenssen was there, and promptly got vapourised!
I've really enjoyed your Trident Down OXP Ramirez, thanks for all of the work you have put into it.

I'm running into a problem. I'm at Lequteor and can only leave the mission screen if I tell them "I'll find out on my own". I have less than 10k credits so when I select "I'll come back with the money later" then press space after the closing message, the mission screen resets back to the beginning. I'm using v1.80 and Trident Down 2.5.2.

I just finished this mission - quite a story!! I had great fun with it, thank you Ramirez, your work, as always, is amazing
. So, off to Resistance Commander now in G5 (very nice PDF for that mission BTW, I saw that tucked in the oxz
).
Edit: Btw, I suspect I finished with the best ending
