oolite.info

We now seem to have three threads concerning the various Oolite websites, so I won't start yet another!
Somewhere on one of these threads I mentioned my purchase of the oolite.info domain. I snapped it up for the community before it was lost to us, possibly to use as an unbrella for the other sites following a re-organisation.
However it seems that most of the issues have been resolved while keeping the current sites and hosting. This is probably for the best in my opinion.
It seems a shame to just sit on the oolite.info domain and not use it though, so I have used it for what amounts to an index page of the various Oolite websites. It can't hurt to have all aspects of our on-line presence listed in one place. Take a look and see what you think.

Nice! Only the background image does not tile well when it is repeated vertically.

 How tall is your screen? It doesn't tile on my monitor, which is enormous.

Nice, Smivs! And it may be a useful place to post info when one of the sites is down, instead of having to use your smivsonline (Many thanks for that by the way - most reassuring and helpful, and I'm sure a lot of other people found it useful too)...

I get this when I view it at work...
Security risk blocked for your protection

Reason:
This Websense category is filtered: Potentially Damaging Content. Sites in this category may pose a security threat to network resources or private information, and are blocked by your organization.

URL:
http://oolite.info/
oops!

Looks nice on the iPhone though. :-) Nice work!

The WebSense web site tool says:
"Suspicious content was found or the reputation of the server is low."

"Title: oolite.info/
Description: None
Language: None
Link count: None
Online since: None "

"Static category:Potentially Damaging Content
Real-time category:Potentially Damaging Content "

"Security category:Potentially Damaging Content"
Sue 'em for libel, Smivs!

(I suspect it is because it is a newly registered domain.)

However, it is happy with http://www.smivsonline.co.uk/ooliteinfo/

If mine's enormous (at 1360x768) then that's ginormagantic!

As for 'damaging content' well that's sort of true. My life has gone way off the rails since I downloaded Oolite

@ Maik. I've uploaded a larger background image...is it better?
