So does that mean that a lot of 2-4LY jumps can cover the same distance faster than a few ~6.5LY jumps?
Yep... check it out on the long-range chart.
And use the Advanced Navigational Array and see the difference between shift-6 and ctrl-shit-6. The first being the least amount of hops and the second being the fastest in game time.

After spotting an unprocessed variable name in the TraderNet news, I searched descriptions.plist and found the following typo in line 176:

Code: Select all

"cte_regionnews_lane_9_1" = "Suppliers of [cte_region_cargo] along the [cte_reegion_name] have been hit by labour disputes after attempting to ban their workers from attending the [cte_ctd_event]. Some cargo is still available, but prices are rising in anticipation of a protracted strike.";
Judging by the remaining descriptions, that should be "[cte_region_name]" instead of "[cte_reegion_name]".

Thanks - will be fixed in the next version.

Just tried this oxp and found it's not compatiable with latest Oolite version. :? Does anyone know if the author is aware of this and if there's going to be an update version.

Hi, S-P!

You could have posted in the OXP's thread, that would make things easier.

I also suggest that you read through at least the last posts of the thread, in order to find out whether the problem you're having (whatever it is; you're not very specific) is already being fixed.

And as this OXP's latest version (1.1.0) is only a month old I can hardly imagine that it doesn't work with the latest Oolite version.

But I'm sure that cim will be to the rescue in just a minute. :)

I can't help with your problem, S-P, but there is a thread for this OXP here which would be a better place to post.

Thanks, for the link. When loaded it says at the top of the screen in red letters that it's not compatable with version 1.75.3, which is the version I'm currently using.

The current version is 1.76.1. An upgrade is in order, old chap!

I have a new request.

For the screen where you can look the gossip and trade routes.
Is it possible to highlight the product names in this screen and make them green? I'm often 'scanning' this screen for the product I'm carrying.

Furthermore compliments. I thought that price inflation was not possible but after my third run of boats the price on the destination planet went down so far that it was not possible to make profit on it. So now I'm sitting with 40tc boats which I'm trying to sell.

Unfortunately mission screens are limited to being monochrome.

Mmm and to put a line under the product name. Would that be possible?
