... no longer works under the "1.73" trunk. Try it out. I already found out that this has nothing to do with the new condition "dockedTechLevel" used in shipyards.plist, as I tested with and without this in.
Oxp stations and carriers simply no longer have a second F3 function.
Hope someone looks into it, curious no one has observed this by now
