(trunk) - some boolean shader uniforms not reseting - fixed!

Windows xp, using trunk revision 2185

I think some of the boolean shader bindings (or at least the 'throwing Sparks' one) are not reseting back to false if they were true when the player died from overheating.

you can see this if you download one of the griff_normal mapped ships and fly it close to the sun, hang around until the ship explodes from overheating, then reload a commanded with the same ship, switch to an external view and you will notice the lights on the ship are blinking on and off because the throwingSparks boolean hasn't reset back from true to false in the commanders previous life

Fixed in SVN2186. Griff, you may want to have a go again and confirm it's OK?
