Can I just say some more nice things about 'Random Hits'?

The seedy bars give the Anarchy systems something that no other systems have.

Before that there was no particular reason to go to an Anarchy system; yes, there was the opportunity to meet plenty of scumbags, but if your ship was damaged or you needed to buy good weaponry, you were not so likely to find it at the Coriolis station.

But the seedy bars now create something unique to those systems. Which is great because it now gives a specific reason to visit the Anarchy systems.

It would be good if every type of system had a specific 'something' that was unique to them and provided a specific reason for going there.

Well, I'm glad that I've got that off my chest,....

So, you want more than seedy bars in anarchies? There's much more to spice up your tour of the Ooniverse, here's some for starters.

Anarchies.oxp adds salvage operations and underground hacker stations to anarchy systems.
Commies.oxp adds special ships and stations to communist systems.
Dictators.oxp adds special ships and stations to dictatorships.
There's a navy oxp which adds Naval fleets and military stations to random systems.
Buoy Repair adds special factory stations to some systems.
Try the various station oxps which alter the main stations of random systems.
System_redux and Orbits give systems more than a sun and one planet.
TOGY adds the orbital graveyard and a station to Tionslila, Galaxy 1.
And Assassins adds tons of stuff to Galaxy 7.

...Even Raxxla is out there...somewhere...

128GB NVMe M.2 SSD (Boot drive)
1TB Hybrid HDD (For software and games)
EVGA GTX-1070 SC

Hmmm. There is already Anarchies.oxp, which adds specific (and very useful, at least if you tend to get into trouble with the cops  ) stuff to Anarchy systems, then there is Dictators.oxp, which adds specific stuff to Dictatorship systems, and there is the mother of all "flavour" OXPs (that's what this branch of OXPs is called, because they add a specific flavour to certain systems), Commies.oxp, which adds specific stuff to Communist systems. That's already three out of eight different government types. And ideas for Feudal systems are in the making (look around here on the board).

All of them friendly available over the OXP page of the Elite wiki, for your comfort and easy access listed in the Customisations by Government (or Tech Level)-section of that page, which lists a few other OXPs as well. :)

Thanks fellas! I shall check those links out. I've already got "Commies" and "Dictators" installed, and they add nice bells and whistles to a system, but I'm especially taken with the seedy bars that are added to the anarchy systems.

They not only add a unique visual feature, but one that
- responds to pirates in the vicinity
- provides somewhere to buy fuel, weapons, etc.
- gives the opportunity to accept mini-missions

Cool! 8)

You would most likely enjoy the Galactic Navy OXP as well. The reserve missions are random and open ended just like Random Hits. And, I'll be putting out an update with more mission variations before the end of the month.
