I added the PCC a few days ago, have added everything except the Military Shields and the Galactic drive...but running Platinum and Gems Contracts constantly have given me a very nice nest egg. So, I've been looking for the next ship to upgrade to...I just haven't been able to find a Boa2 anywhere in Galaxy 1.
Military Shields and Boa2s seem to be afraid of me. They go into hiding whenever I go looking for them!
btw, to those who helped me earlier, I was finally offered the Trumble again, so now I have a furry blue guy floating around my screen crooning to me!

The B2CC is available at TL 7 and above systems, so if you bounce around these systems for a while and keep checking the shipyard you'll come across one eventually. As for Mili-shields, they are TL 13 so knocking around a those systems should allow you to buy one....unless the PCC can't carry them.

Thanks! I finally started seeing them, but I've been making huge contract runs. So, I bought a Tiger. Then, I bought an Imp Cruiser...didn't like it and went back to my Tiger.
Then, today, after making a 110000 Credits on a Delivery to the upper NorthEast quadrant, I stopped in at Tianve and found a Tiger with a Naval Energy Unit! (And this was right after I killed two ships and received a Competent Rating.) And, I could still afford all the upgrades available at Tianve. (I'm almost broke again, but I think it'll be worth it!)
