Fuel Tank OXP stopped working in v1.69

The Fuel Tank OXP stopped working some time in a late version of 1.69 and still doesn't in 1.7.

This may have coincided with a M/B change in my PC (if that is relevant).

I can buy tanks but when I try to use them I don't get the fuel. No errors are written to the console.

Also, I used to be able to scoop fuel containers (from Cargo Wrecks, I think). These have now become very rare and do not award me any fuel.

Does anybody else have this problem, and is there a fix?

Edit: I don't think it deals with Cargo Wrecks, though -- but it could be another version of the same problem.

I just checked cargo wrecks and fuel pods award (or cause fuel leak) normally here. Can't tell about their frequency of appearance, but I thought they were meant to be rare.

For the fuel tank oxp fix, just grab the latest svn revision and you should be fine.
