Oosat 1 files working again

Thought i should mention that i fixed up the old Oosat site so you can now get at the files again. The uploader there also works again, so feel free to use it for your larger oxps, even if adding them to a listing on the wiki. The oosat listing has to be manually updated in its current state so its unknown whether thatll continue to be updated, but you can still use it to host files and link to them from elsewhere.

Sorry for the delay in getting this working again, i wasnt aware that anything was wrong until a short time ago.

Thanks for fixing it, and welcome again to the boards!

Especially the upload-possibility is very great, because of the 2megs-limit of the wiki. So this gives us the chance to make some OXPs available again that used to be on Oosat 2, but couldn't be uploaded to the wiki, when that was gone.
