When a ship performs a hyperspace exit, always a new ship with the same role is added at the witchspace point. With some scripted ships this could be annoying a I have noticed with my ups-courier.oxp, but one can live with it as it makes sense for other ships. On average there must be the same number of ships entering as leaving the system.
In the empty "interstellar space" re-adding is wrong. When a ship performs a hyperspace exit, it now re-appears at the same time somewhere around. Even the route1PatrolAI.plist has problems with it. When a patrol is ready with killing an offender, it checks if he is in "interstellar space". If no he resumes his old course, if yes he performs a hyperspace exit. (and reappears just as fast).
As "interstellar space" should be as empty as possible, leaving ships must not be re-added. Now there is only a check for "sun_has_gone_nova" for not re-adding ships. Please add also a check for "interstellar space" or ships will never be able to truly hyper away.
