Filtering Managed Expansions by Category

We've got an incoming new feature for the Expansion Manager. Not sure how we've gone for so long without a Category filter, but here it is: https://github.com/OoliteProject/oolite/pull/487

Until this hits our master branch and an automatic release is made, you can find test builds in this page (requires a github account to download binaries, scroll down to the bottom of the page).

As an example, you can now type this in the OXZ Manager filters screen

c:Ships

(c: is the category filter) and only OXZs under the Ships category will be listed. So now you won't have to press More a million times in order to reach Ships (or God forbid, Weapons).

Please test if you want and report back if there are any issues, I think it's pretty much ready to go.
