Naming the galactic regions

There a small bug in the descriptions.plist file.
On line 404 it reads

	"long-range-chart-title-4-95	"	= "The Seige Worlds";

The extra spaces after "95" and before the closing double-quote will prevent Celearen from showing "The Seige Worlds" when selected on the LRC.

And I've just discovered a spelling error I made when adding the Sector 5 pages: it should be "Siege", not "Seige". Which also means my downloadable HTML maps have the same error, and probably GalReg too, and who knows how many others... *sigh*.

That white space is a stray tab stop. I'm a bit disappointed I copied the spellnig error without noticing it. Thank you.
