Load Commander

If you have a Jameson saved, the game will default to that save - no need to scroll down to it.
However, if you don't have a Jameson saved, the game will wait for you to scroll down.

Should that be changed, so the game defaults to the first Commander in the list?

but there is a problem
-- on a mac the "mac-fileselector" is used ( i was told so -- i have no mac! )
-- on Linux/M$ the oolite internal fileselector is used

my idea was
-sort the *.saved by date (newest first)
-- then there is no need to scroll ( mostly )
