Station under attack!

I was leaving Sector4/Zaus station and the call went out for any friendly ships to help defend the station.

Several ships were attacking the Corolis station. The attackers were firing at the will. Our group managed to fend off the attackers. Bounty for each kill was around 125credits. Made a lot of money!

I went back to the station to refuel several times and then went back out to carry on the defence.

I finally left when all seemed quiet and the attack was over.

Quite exciting. This was my first experience of such a daring raid.

So probably a good target for an attack. There didn't seem to be enough vipers around either.

Has anyone had such an experience?

That would be aegis-raiders - great fun, but not for couriers! Wasn't docking clearance cancelled during the attack?

I haven't had such an experience. I'd like to know, though, what ship-types the attackers had - if you know.

If they were core aegis-raiders, they'd be Asps, Ferdies, and Cobra IIIs (possibly others?).

As I don't have that OXP installed, looks like they were core aegis-raiders. I can't quite remember what ships they were, the adrenaline was pumping! Think they were probably as has been said Asps, Ferdies, and Cobra IIIs.

I docked using my docking computer , shift C, which would have been after that attack wave was cleared. When I emerged again, more raiders appeared. Which I then dealt with, supported by other friendly ships and some vipers eventually appeared.

Ah yes, I was forgetting that shift+c sidesteps docking protocols.
