I just posted something, but deleted it. It sounded way to harsh on second read.
Let me look at the license, as I share ownership of that OXP with Phantor.

If you could, phil, cease distribution for a day or two until I have a chance to look at this. I'm swamped at this minute, but will carve out some time to look tonight, or over the weekend at the latest. I was to make sure the license is respected, and am happy to incorporate your fixes. Just give me a few days.

So long as we're trying to get in touch with him, someone might also want to mention that his Planets OXP (also hosted on the Deep Horizon site) also has issues with Oolite 1.82. It causes graphical/lighting glitches that wash out all the screen colors as if you were in the glare of the sun, no matter where in the system you are. It worked splendidly in 1.80, but the moment I made the switchover, I had to stop using it and switch to Spara's Additional Planets instead. Comparable but not /quite/ the same; Deep Horizon Planets gave an additional 'sensor report' about the extra moons/planets when you entered a system and the overall look was a little different. Whatever the difference in code, Spara's addon works and Cheyd's no longer seems to.

Edit: Soon, in-deed. I very much like your work on Oolite, sir. Lot of very clever addons that deserve a bit more attention then they seem to get.
Reports of my death have been greatly underestimated.

Thank you very much, Layne. Very kind of you to say. I know DH-Systems released to a fair degree of complaints, so it's nice to hear someone likes / uses it. I'll try to carve out some time to play around with them. I know there are numerous changes to Oolite that enable several "features" that I tried to fake way back when... Waypoints (in ANC), rising / falling volume (the mining one), and the like.

Aye, it is rather special - have you been right up close and tried reading the text on them?
Did someone finally read that? LOL... Be careful. If you happened to be able to translate some of the alternative font stuff, I wrote a few personal secrets in there. Some of them, I admit, I'm not proud of. They are kind of my personal "PostSecret" images.

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!
