I was in something of a scuffle in witch space with some bugs.. As you might expect , I had my whatsisname handed to me..Things were looking grim but I still had my injectors, so I hightailed it out of the heated dispute.
I pressed F5 for a damage report and most every paid for extra equipment had been char grilled. Along with the obligatory damaged cargo.
However what surprised me a little was that my accrued credits had taken rather a large hit too.. Is that part of the plan ?
P.S...I am not too worried because it is an added incentive to stay out of trouble (and autosave as ever is my salvation in these instances.)
Maybe on OXP? I'm not aware of any hits causing damage on your bank account. It's not physically Gold after all, so it should not be able to take damage. Maybe just a mis-reading on your side? A fine during docking for some illegal activity?
