The big announcement of course is the imminent release of the ‘One-point 82’ virus: Galcop’s solution to the military AI technology stolen last year, causing the biggest single surge in successful pirate activity the Eight has seen since its inception. New pilots are lauding the move, but some of the more experienced commanders out there are still wondering what all the fuss is about. Concurrent with the release comes a long-awaited reorganisation of Galcop’s traffic control database, finally giving commanders access to Aegis traffic information.
