Stuck on a UPS mission

Hi everyone,

I'm currently stuck on a UPS mission. I've got the directive to "Capture the pirates at planet Ladigeso and bring them to the nearest UPS post" but I can't find the pirates anywhere.

I've flown to the main base straight from the witchpoint, tried again and flown to the sun, loitered around the witchpoint, left the system and gone back again but haven't been able to find them at all.

Is there anywhere in particular that I should look?

Could I have messed up the mission somehow? If so, is there something in my save file that would tell me?

I've flown to the main base straight from the witchpoint

Traders first fly to the planet and only turn to the main base when close to the planet. This target will follow the same route.
