Since we get more OXPs installed, more rarely we do see original Elite ships (no mods and custom paints etc because they are outnumbered by new ones. I think it should be corrected somehow - they should still be the majority of ships. Maybe it is a good idea to make some fixed probability for a random ship to be builtin?
