Yes... very cool indeed!

Excellent! 8)

Bookmarked.
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

That did the trick for both Chrome and Safari on my Mac. That only leaves the infobox problems with Safari.

I have tried running Safari under wine but that failed. (crashes) Not sure what I am going to do about that that issue.

Info boxes don't display for me on mac Safari either.

I'm playing with OOliteInfo in browser at the moment so I'll see if I can see anything obvious.

The eternal struggle of the web developer. To get everything to work the same and look the same in all major browsers.
IE is definitely the worse for compliance to standards.

Safari is a Webkit based browser so I am not sure why the infoboxes are not showing correctly particularly as this isn't an issue on Chrome, another Webkit based browser. Has anyone tried Safari under windows?

IE doesn't seem to be a problem so far. Well I assume no one is using IE 8 or earlier as SVG isn't natively supported earlier than IE9.

Assume nothing, I've had this exact problem with a web app I wrote for work.
XP only supports up to IE8 so I had to install Firefox for all the XP users to view the SVG parts properly. There is a work around for IE8 though.

Works OK on Safari under Windows. However that is v5.1.7 as Apple hasn't released a newer version for Windows.

Still need to double click the destination.

No, I was shift-single clicking. As noted by Eric, shift-double works (if a bit clumsy).

A nicely evolving utility though.

Ok. I was perversely hoping it didn't work so I could boot into XP on this PC and fix it there.

I tested this on Chrome, but for some reason (I assume a bug in Webkit) when you hold down the shift key the browser stops recognising a single click altogether. I will research this issue further.

The assumption was fairly valid as the only work around I know for IE8 and earlier is to use Adobe's SVG Viewer (ASV) which is no longer supported by Adobe. I am not going to support that combination either (though it may work. I haven't tested it). If you use XP I suggest you use another browser.

The problem does not seem to be Safari in general. Now I am sitting behind my Mac desktop computer with Safari v 5.1.7 (the same version Tricky used under windows) and Snow Leopard as OS. There the infoboxes show correctly. The problem computer was with Safari 6, Lion and notebook. (3 things different)

Ugh! Without access to a virtual machine with OSX (Lion) + Safari 6, I am not going to be able to fix this. :-(
