Time adjustment after equipment purchases

What's the ratio between the price of an equipment item and the time adjustment applied when you purchase it? What price would I set to cause a time adjustment of one hour?

10 minutes, plus 10 seconds per credit.

So for an hour, you'd want a price of 300 credits.
