Was somebody still planning on taking a laptop for a possible skype hookup for those unable to attend in person?
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

You missed a cracking pint of Baby Bio, Leafy :P Well I actually had Hobgoblin (on draught!) which was very nice, the food was good and the company (needless to say) was excellent.
...and a good time was had by all :)

I actually had that thought on the way out. Hard to believe no-one took photos.

I had a great time though, crap though I felt. I feel I should apologise though, first for the Epic Spillage Event and for possibly talking some bollocks at some points. For some reason (perhaps the lack of food for three days) I felt COMPLETELY stoned the whole time. When I started talking I could feel my grip on the conversation slipping and my attention wandering. Weird feeling.

Note to self: maybe going out when dehydrated and malnourished is a BAD idea.

Anyway. To all who were there, you are a sound bunch of people and I would break bread and/or partake of alcoholic beverages with any of you any time.

Now. Next meeting? I was thinking July 14th... ;-)
