Cloaking device

I've seen mentioned on here about a cloaking device, even seen it on a screenshot as "damaged" where do I get one of these ? is it a reward for a mission like the Naval energy unit or is it part of an oxp if so which one?

When you do get a cloaking device, if it ever gets damaged, you can't repair it. Unless, you install the Cloak Repair OXP, which allows repairs at TL15 planets (there's only six of these in the whole game).

Note that the OXP will not be needed after the current Oolite v1.76, as you will be able to repair the cloak then (the change is in trunk).
