What are they for? They have no legal status, so i assume them to be authomatic drones?
May i practice shooting them for fun? ;-)

At the moment, Yeah, use them for what you like. The plan is that they will be the ships launched by the TOGY station if some damn fool attacks something in the yard. At the moment though, I don't think they even have an AI other than a blank file...
