The Skylon is a rocket/plane hybrid that could bring down the cost of getting stuff into orbit to as little as £600 ($1000) per Kg.

Is it just me or does that Skylon (rhymes with Cylon?) look like something out of a late 50's SciFi paperback?

ew, how dare you compare the beauty of the Blackbird to that cac. it looks like Thrust 2. godawful. should be against the law to build spaceships that look rubbish.
