Awesome! I used to work in customer tech support for a popular electronics retailer and this is pretty much what the bottom level of support was like just before it was all shipped off to Dubai.

But did you watch the NSFW video at the bottom?

There's no need for that here. :o
Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.
