Missile detonation caused damage

I had this twice in one Run to Soorte
First the message:
'Warning missile detonation caused failure of ECM-sytem'

Right not nice when in a fight so I fired the injectors to flee

Then later:

'Warning missile detonation caused failure of Docking computer'

On the missile rail was a Hardened rack of 3 missile with one left in it.

Anyone else has this?
I run Amoury 1.00 oxp on 174.2

It is an OXP causing this, but not Armoury. I forget offhand which one it is though.

Must be the override missile from missiles & bombs.
