Clash between galactic navy and thargoid wars??

Hi

Been playing galactic navy a while now.. and its great fun (a good challenge if i have a 'no energy bomb' rule.

More recently though i installed thargoid wars.. its good fun launching out to a station attack.

However the last galactic missions ive run (four or five since installing thargoid wars).. ive got there to find the thargoids already being wiped out by rather tough galcop viper interceptors.. it makes it VERY easy to wipe them out.. and as a side effect i never get the 'battle is over' message untill i dock.

Are there any known issues with running these together? or any fixes?

The only other installed oxps are randomn hits and z-ships right now..
