Hi all,
I'm quite new to the forum.
Every time I dedark on Xexedi (tech 14) I'm hailed by a certain Major Hurst, GalCop Intelligence, that invites me to a mission... he asks to go on System data screen and wait for few seconds but nothing appears... am I missing something?
Any help appreciated. Thank you.

I had a quick look at the planet list on the wiki and I'm guessing you're trying to play the Local Hero oxp.
This set of missions doesn't currently work on the later test releases of Oolite so you should probably uninstall it until Svengali gets 'round to fixing it.
