OXP argument?

I have the bounty scanner, and the manchi OXPs installed,(as well as a few others), and bounty scanner tells me the manchi vulture is worth nearly 400credits, yet I've never been given more than 92cr for the kill.. what's happening?

It does seem to be slightly buggy at times. I wonder if this is connected to the off the wall figures it gives out for Thargoids?
