Maybe you could start a Kickstarter Campaign to found your £4500 pledge. 8)
Thanks to Gimi, I got an eBook in my inbox tonight (31st May 2014 - Release of Elite Reclamation)!

It was wiped out for me, too. Oh well, these things happen; Mr. Murphy doesn't take a day off. But it's back, so no biggie.

Ever since the BB went down the other day, the pages load ‘stickily’… is the best way I can describe it. Half a page loads, then it stops briefly, then resumes… occasionly timing-out before fully loading. It used to load nice and smooth, as all other sites do. It’s not a problem, just an irritation… anybody else noticed this?
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

And it was offline for several hours again this evening.. (Australian time)
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

I've noticed it too - and for some reason - some threads remain unread even after they've been read...

I've noticed the sluggish page loads too.

More annoyingly though, is that I'm no longer automagically logged in on each visit, rendering the "View post since last visit" button useless for anything that doesn't happen while I'm logged on.

Deleting your aegidian.org-related cookies may help.

That helps with the read threads not being cleared, too.

That was the first thing I tried. I'll do a second, more thorough, purge and see if that helps.

Very 'sticky' page loading today. It's becoming annoying.

Even worse tonight... loads of time-outs. Bah!

edit: and five minutes after I posted this, it goes all quick again. Humbug!

It does that from time to time, to test how much we love it.
