I have reasons to believe that davidlinchi is not a real person. Way too many registrations at around the same time in various forums on the internet, little coherence in the posts made so far.

I might be getting slap-happy but I have my suspicions about jonecox:

Nothing positive on SFS but googling the user name brings up numerous new memberships, all on 20 January, on a wide variety of forums (as well as at least one probably genuine identity). I'd give it at least a 90% though on my spamometer.

In the absence of any evidence to the contrary I think BbICEP is probably OK ... if you google the name you get an active member of a couple of other forums, joined at various dates – not an inactive member of loads of wildly various forums, all joined in the last 48 hours.

And, to make this shoot-the-spamming-sleaseball oxp even better, put them in crappy rusty ships, with irresistible bounties. Say, 500cr apiece?

On that thought, why doesn't any of the ridiculous crimes listed in Random Hits include spamming? (hint hint, LB)
