With Vista, if Oolite is installed to program files, this should be inside the hidden virtual store. Stupid UAC would cause a path like this:
C:\Users\Screet\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Oolite\oolite.app\oolite-saves

Thanks, I use Vista and was wondering where the folder was!

When you modify addons, you also need to be careful in this case, as this will create a modified copy of the file in the virtual store. If you later upgrade your oxp, you keep the modified copy overriding the newer file!

With Vista, it's best to install oolite to C:\games\oolite or something like that. It's not only oolite - even razer drivers and many other programs show this behaviour. A constant cause of troubles created by some stupid security mechanism.

Thanks Pangloss. I have more actually. But I'll save them for the finished release :) Haven't got too many left. Just got to find the time to sort them out.

When I finish all the new skins

There's not too many left to do now. :) So hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later.
