I've downloaded v2.0, but am unable to extract all the files...

I can see that it contains:

Config *
- equipment.plist
- world-scripts.plist *
Scripts *
- BountyScanner.js
- Bounty Scanner.js.bak
Info.plist
Info.plist.bak
requires.plist *
requires.plist.bak *

I've marked with * the ones which I can extract.

I'm on Ubuntu, and unrar can only extract the above. I've tried using p7zip but I can't get it to work...

I just downloaded and unzipped (well, unrared, really) without any trouble, so I think it's safe to say it's a problem at your end.
Be it with Linux, Ubuntu, unrar or something specific to your machine.

Is Frame around? I hope the next version adds the missing space after the number and before the Cr...

Hi Timer, I've just tried the latest version (even though, ahem, you didn't wait for Frame's blessing) and, even though my ship has the equipment installed, no bounty information appears. I think I'll revert to the OXP version (especially since I can't find this pack in the in-game pack manager).

I doubt you would have got it. Frame objected to other people trying to take control of his OXPs. Recall the spat between CSOTB and Frame when CSOTB tried to take over Save Anywhere. Timer, this is different to Okti's Cargo Scanner OXP, which I'm glad you updated.

In this case I think you should have:
- titled your new version Bounty Scanner TNG, Bounty Scanner 4000, or something like that, version 1.0 - not 3.0. (Still called just "Bounty Scanner" within the game.)
- Used your own username in the identifier - oolite.oxp.timer.BountyScanner - and noted it as incompatible with oolite.oxp.Frame.BountyScanner.
- But, I would have used the same equipment.plist so players could change versions without having to re-purchase equipment in game.

It can be problems, if u use OXPs that overwrite shipUniqueName - my code just add bounty or replace part(with bounty) of shipUniqueName, other OXPs can be not so delicately.

Thanks again for help - I done undo wiki changes and set Draft for manifest in OXPs list, but I can't find - how to delete files from wiki...
I do not use the original code from Frame's OXP and you right - probably do better to create a new OXP.

I hope - Frame will forgive me :oops:

Code is ready. But I have not decided how to make the transition from Frame's OXP - as advised Wildeblood ... I tend to think - just make my OXP as new, without any transition, and write the Frame as the author of idea.

Making a new OXP and crediting Frame is a good idea, and I like the name.
