How to find stolen cargo in UPS mission?

Hello commanders!

I have a problem at an UPS mission.
I should search for stolen cargo. I jumped into the system and searched for a long time, but no pirate , i killed, dropped the cargo.

What should i do?

Re-enter the system. Maybe the target was shased off the normal trade-lanes by other hunters. Normaly he is easy to recognice as he has status fugitive. And as the mission intro said: he has a red star on his back.
