The milspec variant has external missles

i haven't been able to verify they work, due to both spare-time issues, and the fact they don't seem to launch much; the script worked fine on the Phantoms so i don't *think* there's an issue... :-/ given these ships usally only appear in Witch Space, the little script included will probably mean you'll be too busy to look out for missiles anyway :-D

thanks for that.

haven't really thought about where II is situated in the Oolite galaxies, i'll have a think. i have a few thoughts about their base but it was planetary-based so wouldn't appear in the game
