caveat....
The milspec variant has external missles
i haven't been able to verify they work, due to both spare-time issues, and the fact they don't seem to launch much; the script worked fine on the Phantoms so i don't *think* there's an issue... :-/ given these ships usally only appear in Witch Space, the little script included will probably mean you'll be too busy to look out for missiles anyway
haven't really thought about where II is situated in the Oolite galaxies, i'll have a think. i have a few thoughts about their base but it was planetary-based so wouldn't appear in the game
