[EliteWiki] Carriers v0.3 has smaller front to hold a pair of Anacondas in straight position, which mean less problem during docking.

Hmm yes I see that it is..I'll have to see if I can find out what's going on... makes no sense to me because the texture looked fine in-game. I am using linux but I don't see any errors with case sensitivity or anything like that.

Today's nightly of Carriers v0.5 contain improved front deck to hold a large ship and a pair of Adders.
The goal is to hold more standard playable ship instead of non-playable ones.

Thank you and of couse if you want. ;)

There is an idea in my long-term plans to gather derelict ships with Carriers and deliver more ships in one round into a station, but I have some other scripting works before.

I tested if a Moray can fit into the center deck, and yes, this is possibe in Carriers v0.6 even in an Anaconda Carrier, thanks to the narrow aft shape of Moray.

Carriers v0.7 has raised center deck on "legs" to fit a larger ship like Asp and Fer-De-Lance.

Viper Carrier is added into the GalCop's arsenal (NPC only).

I've found something, latest log reports

13:59:26.085 [shipData.load.error]: ***** ERROR: the shipdata.plist entry "carriers-centerdeck" specifies non-existent model "carriers-centerdeck.dat".
And indeed there is no carriers-centerdeck.dat in the Models folder. I also noticed that there is only 1 .png file in the Textures folder carriers_diffuse.png.

Oddly enough I saw a few while playing this version (0.7 from the OXZ manager) so Oolite is spawning them and they appear fine. Just not spawning the centerdeck subentity apparently.

Thank you for the report, it is a harmless unused entry. Was a test subentity but finally I used standard alloys as legs to elevate the center deck. I will remove the unnecessary lines in the next version.

Yes, I saw the legs in the screenshot, looks nice.
Those things are tough by the way, stay out of the line of fire, though, and you'll be alright.

I went to a rock hermit and there was a Cobra Mark I Carrier ready to dock. As it entered the docking bay the rock hermit vanished!.It vanished from the radar too.

I watched the carrier for a few minutes. It was sitting there but sometimes it moved 60-70 meters. After that i shot it but still no rock hermit anywhre.

I went back to the main station launched again and returned to the rock hermit but only the buoy was there.
